Saturday and Sunday 10h am - 1h pm and 2h30 - 5h30 pm

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
To join it is indispensable to formalize the enrolment by the expected deadline.
The participation fee is 165 EUR, and includes the costs of materials and the use of all the tools, provided by the organization.

Membership to the Association is requested (25 EUR).

The places available are limited: we cannot guarantee places requested at the last moment. Payment order will determine the enrolment order.
Closing date for enrolment and payment of the fee: 29th October, 2011.

CANCELLATION - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Enrolment must be cancelled in writing.
If the cancellation letter is posted three weeks or more before the workshop/course begins, the participation fee will be refunded minus a 15% cancellation charge.
If the cancellation letter is posted less than three weeks before the workshop begins but before the closing date for the enrolments, then the participation fee will be refunded minus a 50% cancellation charge.
If the cancellation letter is posted after the closing date for the enrolments, then the workshop fee will not be refunded. No refund will be given if students enrol but, without further notification, do not participate at the workshop.
