TIMETABLE
Lessons will take place from 9h30 am until 6h30 pm, with two coffee breaks in the morning and afternoon and about one hour lunch break. It will be possible to eat all together in a bar close to the workshop.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
To join it is indispensable to formalize the enrolment by the expected deadline. The registration fee is 220 EUR, including coffee breaks, costs of materials, and the use of tools provided by the organizers.
Participants will be asked to bring graphic materials to fit within the individual books.
Membership to the Association is requested (25 EUR).

Class size is limited: we cannot guarantee places requested at the last moment. Payment order will determine the enrolment order.
Closing date for enrolment and payment of the fee: May 5th, 2012.

CANCELLATION - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Enrolment must be cancelled in writing. If the cancellation letter is posted four weeks or more before the workshop begins, the participation fee will be refunded minus a 15% cancellation charge.
If the cancellation letter is posted less than four weeks but more than two weeks before the workshop begins, then the participation fee will be refunded minus a 50% cancellation charge.
If the cancellation letter is posted less than two weeks before the workshop begins, then the participation fee will not be refunded.
No refund will be given if students enrol but, without further notification, do not participate at the workshop.
