Saturday and Sunday 10am - 1pm and 2.30pm - 5.30pm
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Registration must be made before the closing date.
The participation fee is 175 euro. All participants should bring their own brushes and watercolours, a rag to clean the brushes, and watercolour paper: participants will be sent a detailed list of everything needed. Some papers will be available in the classroom.
Membership to the Association for 2025 is required (30 euro).
Registrations will be possible from 1st January 2025. Before then, it is possible to pre-register by sending an email to the secretariat, but without making any payment; it will then be essential to pay the fee starting from January 1st, in order to guarantee the place, as the definitive registration order is determined by the payment order. It is strongly recommended to notify the secretariat by sending a copy of the bank transfer via email.
Deadline for registration and payment of the entire fee: 15 January 2025.
The course is limited in number: upon reaching the maximum number admitted, it is possible to ask to be placed on the waiting list.
CANCELLATION - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Enrolment must be cancelled in writing.
If the cancellation letter is posted two weeks or more before the workshop begins, the participation fee will be refunded minus a 15% cancellation charge.
If the cancellation letter is posted less than two weeks but before the closing date of enrollments, then the participation fee will be refunded minus a 50% cancellation charge.
No refund will be given in case of cancellation after the closing date. Yet, if a person on the waiting list could take over, the fee will be refunded in full (to the exclusion of any membership fee paid contextually, covering the administration costs).
No refund will be given if, once registered and without further communication, the student doesn't partecipate.
In case the minimum number of participants should not be reached, the course will be cancelled and the whole fee refunded.
The confirmation of the feasibility of the workshop will be announced to the participants after the closing of entries, or when the minimum number of enrolments will be reached.
