LOCATION
The workshop will be held at the seventeenth century Franciscan convent in Monte Mesma. A fascinating accommodation in a serene location, among the green wood of the Special Nature Reserve of Monte Mesma, a hill 576 m. high, on the eastern side of Orta Lake. Through this class, you may get inexpensive accommodations, food included, in single rooms from the 13 to the 20 of June (7 nights).
We will cook and eat all together.
Otherwise, we can suggest additional solutions of hotels and B&B in the surroundings (map). However, in this case it is necessary to have a car, to be able to independently reach the convent each day.
DATES AND TIMES
Arrival Saturday 13, departure Saturday June 20.
The lessons will take place from the 14 to the 19 June, from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm, with coffee breaks.
After lunch and during the afternoons, the classroom and equipment will always be available for those who wish to continue learning, complete individual exercises, or review notes. Alternatively, you can relax in the cloisters and gardens of the convent, stroll through the surrounding woods, go down to the lake, visit Orta and its surroundings, or read and rest.
The class will be taught in Italian; we can assist students also in English, French and Spanish if required.
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
The registration fee is 976 EUR, which includes all supplies and the use of all necessary equipment, which will be provided by the organizers. For accommodations, starting this year, we will leave a contribution directly to the convent, so we ask you to bring 210 EUR in cash for seven nights' accommodations. For food, from dinner on Saturday 13 to breakfast on Saturday 20, we ask you to bring cash so we can pool our funds for groceries: it should be a maximum of 120 EUR per person.
Travel expenses are the responsibility of the participants; for those arriving by train, as always, we will provide a shuttle service between the Orta San Giulio station and the convent.
The course has limited places available: last-minute registrations cannot guarantee availability. Once the maximum number of places has been reached, you can request to be placed on a waiting list. The final registration order is determined by the order of payment.

CANCELLATION - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Enrolment must be cancelled in writing.
If the cancellation letter is posted five weeks or more before the workshop begins, the installment will be refunded minus a 15% cancellation charge. If the cancellation letter is posted less than five weeks but within the closing date for enrollments, then the installment will not be refunded as cancellation charge.
In case of cancellation after the registration deadline, the entire fee will be retained. No refund will be given if students enroll but, without further notification, do not participate at the workshop.
In case the minimum number of participants should not be reached, the course will be cancelled and the whole fee refunded.
