It is a workshop for those who love paper, the work of graphite, nature and, obviously, the technique of watercolour.
Dedicated to those who announce the arrival of fine weather and the renewal of the earth: birds, sparrows.
Those that return in Spring, soaring and diving through the air, but also those that fill our skies throughout the rest of the year.
Swallows, blue tits, finches, robins, wrens, chimney sweeps...bringing songs, colours and movement.
Starting with photographic images, Silvia Molinari will guide us in the choice of subjects and of the suitable cotton paper, the preparations of the canvas, considering their weight and balance; we will begin with a correct pencil drawing, following the rules of proportion; we will learn to choose the best brushes, to measure out and mix colours and water, in order to reproduce the softness of birds' plumage and their agility in flight

TIMETABLE
Saturday and Sunday 10am/5.30pm with about 1 hour lunch break
REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Registration must be made before the closing date.
The participation fee is 165 euro. Watercolour paper will be provided. All participants should bring their own brushes and watercolours.
Joining the association is necessary: membership 25 euro.
There is limited availability so you are invited to book early.
Payment dates will determine booking priorities.
Closing date for enrolment and payment of the fee: 18 November, 2017.
CANCELLATION - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Enrolment must be cancelled in writing.
If the cancellation letter is posted two weeks or more before the workshop begins, the participation fee will be refunded minus a 15% cancellation charge.
If the cancellation letter is posted less than two weeks but before the closing date of enrollments, then the participation fee will be refunded minus a 50% cancellation charge.
No refund will be given in case of cancellation after the closing date or if, once registered and without further communication, the student doesn't partecipate.
In case the minimum number of participants should not be reached, the course will be cancelled and the whole fee refunded.
